Martel is the Director of Operations at Artemis Cystitis. She has worked within the Chronic UTI field for over 10 years and has worked alongside Professor James Malone-Lee since 2007. Starting at the Whittington Hospital and then supporting Professor Malone-Lee in moving the Private Practice to 10 Harley Street.

Martel’s role as the Director of Operations involves ensuring the clinic complies with CQC standards, long term operational strategies that help the company objectives workplace policies and procedures, as well as managing business accounts. Martel maintains a highly productive, efficient and quality-driven environment, allowing the clinic to achieve the highest level of patient and physician satisfaction.

Martel feels privileged to have worked alongside Professor Malone-Lee, who was a brilliant man and had such a phenomenal mind, for so many years. She is dedicated and determined to seeing the clinic and Professor Malone-Lee’s legacy, grow and become accessible to all who require his approach to battling Chronic Urinary Tract Infection.
