With escalating UTI episodes over the last 18months at last here was somebody who listened, analysed what was going on and didn’t just prescribe another short course of antibiotics. Instead there was a very detailed questionnaire, full explanation of what my condition was and how the treatment works. All done in such a way that I felt completely at ease and knew that I was receiving expert and reliable advice.
