Kamarni, our friendly administrator, has worked in the Clinic since 2021 and is a very important part of the team. He is the first point of contact for any administrative queries, including appointment bookings. He effectively communicates with patients via email and over the telephone ensuring their needs are met and their patient journey, from enquiring about appointments to a patients first consultation runs smoothly.

He manages the doctors diaries ensuring clinic slots are utilised to the best of his ability. Since working at Artemis Cystitis, he is very aware of how much CUTI patients suffer and are in pain with this condition so strives to get patients seen as quickly as possible.
