Laura joined the team in 2025 as the practice manager with extensive experience working within the NHS before moving across to the private healthcare sector, amongst a wide range of specialists. She leads the administrative staff and is responsible for the day to day running of the clinic and the smooth running of the appointment diaries. She ensures the practice complies with legislations ensuring patients are provided with the best care.

Laura’s focus is the patient experience and she continuously looks at ways that the clinic can improve as a service provider. She helps patients in the best way possible with their UTI needs and recognises the impact it has on patients, both mentally and physically.
